Any attack by the United States on Iran will lead to “long-term and painful strikes” on US positions, a senior official of the Revolutionary Guards warned today (30/4), according to Iranian media reports.

Revolutionary Guards: “We saw what happened to your regional bases”
“We saw what happened to your regional bases, we will see the same happening to your warships,” emphasized the commander of the Guards’ Aerospace Force, Majid Mousavi, according to the Student News Network. Mousavi was referring to an Axios report that highlighted how the US military has prepared a plan for a “short and powerful” wave of attacks on Iran.

Khamenei: Persian Gulf will have “bright future”
It should be noted that Mojtaba Khamenei mentioned that the Persian Gulf will have a “bright future” without the US presence. “Today, two months after the largest campaign and attack in the world in the region and America’s shameful failure in its own plan, a new chapter opens in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz,” Iran’s supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei stated in his written declaration, while simultaneously firing shots at the US and Israel.
“The Gulf will have a bright future without the US presence,” he notes elsewhere and emphasizes that: “Tehran shares the same fate with its neighbors in the Gulf and the ‘foreigners who do harm’ have no other place than in the ‘deep waters.'”
