The local community of Larissa is shocked after the tragic news of the death of a well-known businessman. According to lamiareport.gr, the news broke early this morning when a young woman who worked at a cafe on the northern side of the city went to open the shop. Just two steps into the cafe entrance, she was confronted with a shocking sight as she discovered her employer hanged.
The girl called for help and immediately neighboring business owners rushed to the cafe, who removed the shocked young woman from the scene and called the ambulance service and police.
Shortly after, the head of the Forensic Medical Service of Lamia, Christophoros Tsalikidis, was also called to the scene, who conducted an autopsy at the location, as all possibilities are examined in such cases.
The unfortunate businessman had been active in the restaurant industry for many years, was a person of mild temperament and beloved in the local community. For the last ten years or so, he had been running a cafe on the northern side of the city.
