A deadline to testify on Wednesday (4/3) afternoon was requested and granted to the 38-year-old charged with the murder of his 31-year-old partner in Kolonos, before the investigating authority. Criminal charges were filed against him earlier for premeditated murder in a calm mental state (felony), as well as for aggravated domestic violence, consisting of methodical infliction of intense physical pain or physical exhaustion dangerous to health, on an ongoing basis (felony).

Additionally, he is being prosecuted for illegal supply and possession of prohibited substances (anabolic steroids), an act that constitutes a misdemeanor. The defendant was ultimately not charged with termination of pregnancy due to newer evidence from the forensic medical examination of the 31-year-old victim.
