Two young men, aged 20 and 19 years old, have been arrested on outstanding warrants for sexual assault, violation of sexual dignity and child pornography charges in Attica as co-perpetrators. The arrests were made on February 13 by officers from the special unit of the Minor Protection Sub-Directorate of the Directorate for Prosecution of Crimes Against Life and Property of the General Police Directorate of Attica. The case file also includes a minor girl who, according to preliminary investigation evidence, appears to be involved in the case.
The horrific case details
The case came to light following a complaint by the mother of the 17-year-old victim against three individuals. Investigation revealed that last December, the minor went to his friend’s house, where their mutual friend was also present, along with an underage girl who was the first person’s girlfriend and had not yet reached her 15th birthday at the time of the incidents.
During his stay at the house, according to the case file, they threw eggs and vinegar at him, videotaped him, and forced him into sexual acts. The two arrested individuals were brought before the competent prosecutor.

Officers from the special unit of the Minor Protection Sub-Directorate/D.D.E.E.A./G.A.D.A. arrested, pursuant to warrants, on 13-2-2026 in an area of Attica, -2- Greek nationals, aged 20 and 19 years, charged with rape, violation of sexual dignity and child pornography against a minor as co-perpetrators.
The case file also includes another minor girl. Specifically, the two arrested individuals along with the minor girl are accused of committing the aforementioned criminal acts against a minor last December, inside the residence of the 19-year-old arrested person. The arrested individuals were brought before the competent prosecutor.
