The Tehran regime today released photographs and video of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, seeking to dispel rumors that he was hiding in an underground bunker for fear of American attacks. In the images, Khamenei appears praying at the tomb of the founder of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Khomeini, commemorating 47 years since the Islamic Revolution. Meanwhile, Iranian army chief Amir Hatami warned the US and Israel that the country’s forces remain on high alert, following Washington’s military buildup in the Gulf. Hatami also stressed that the Islamic Republic’s nuclear power cannot be questioned, while Washington seeks a nuclear agreement.

Rumors about Khamenei’s hiding intensified on January 24, with reports claiming the leader had been moved to an underground bunker with a fortified network and interconnected tunnel system, something that was disproven by today’s public appearance.
A big slap in the face of the Western media who keep saying the Leader is hiding while the Leader is openly offering salah in the mausoleum of Imam Khomeini (R.A).❤️ pic.twitter.com/52oy8lrsuR
