The attack occurred at a nightclub in the early hours of Sunday (4/01). The two brothers, aged 36 and 39, along with a 26-year-old, who are charged with beating 30-year-old Kostas Basilaris to death, were brought to the Patras Court House under heavy security measures, where criminal charges were filed against them for participation in homicide and causing bodily harm to the 30-year-old victim.
According to information from tempo24.news, these are the three individuals who had been identified from the beginning by the prosecuting authorities of the Achaean capital, and they have been involved with police in the past. In fact, the 26-year-old had recently been released from prison for drug-related cases.

They were individually charged with conspiracy to commit homicide, causing dangerous bodily harm through conspiracy, and participation in homicide through conspiracy.
Serious charges against nine individuals
