A serious traffic accident occurred at approximately 5:30 AM on Thursday (8/1) on Kifissos avenue, involving two trucks. According to reports, a truck traveling in the direction towards Lamia, under unclear circumstances, broke through the protective barriers, entered the opposite lane and collided head-on with another truck, at the height of River West.

Two people were injured in the incident and were transported to the General State Hospital of Nikaia, while traffic in the area is experiencing significant difficulties with particularly heavy congestion.
