The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, announced in a post on X that he is preparing for the upcoming EUCO through phone conversations with member state leaders.
“Together we have faced significant challenges in the past and we will face others. We are once again ready to provide solutions,” emphasized the President of the European Council, noting that in his preparatory conversations with European Council members, one clear message stands out: “In October we committed to covering Ukraine’s financial needs for the next two years. Now we must turn this commitment into action.”
